On 5th August 2025, between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM, the Konsulat Jenderal Republik Indonesia – Penang, Malaysia, made an official visit to the Kedah Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KICCI) office.

The purpose of the visit was to personally invite us to the 40th Trade Expo Indonesia 2025, taking place from 15th to 19th October 2025 at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE BSD). 🇮🇩✨

This prestigious trade fair is Indonesia’s largest international business-to-business expo, showcasing a wide range of products, services, and investment opportunities across multiple industries — from manufacturing, food & beverages, furniture, fashion, to digital technology and beyond.

On 18 April 2025, the Kedah India Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KICCI) proudly hosted an insightful E-Invoice Talk at the KICCI office. The session was specifically designed for business professionals and entrepreneurs, focusing on the evolving landscape of digital invoicing in Malaysia.

We were honored to welcome representatives from 26 dynamic companies, all eager to stay ahead in today’s fast-changing business environment. The talk provided valuable knowledge on the implementation, compliance, and strategic benefits of the e-invoice system — a vital step toward digital transformation and enhanced financial transparency.

THE GLOBAL ORGANISATION OF PEOPLE OF INDIAN ORIGIN (GOPIO) HAD THE HONOUR OF MEETING WITH THE KEDAH INDIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY AT THEIR CHAMBER OFFICE IN SUNGAI PETANI, KEDAH.

The primary purpose of the meeting was to formally invite members of the Kedah Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry to participate in two prestigious upcoming events hosted by GOPIO. The first is the **GOPIO Entrepreneur Forum & Networking Dinner 2025**, scheduled to take place on **30th May 2025** at **The Ballroom, Royal Selangor Club, Jalan Raja, Kuala Lumpur**. This exclusive gathering will bring together entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and professionals for an evening of high-impact networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.

The second event is the **GOPIO International Business Summit – Puducherry 2025**, which will be held from **22nd to 24th August 2025** at the **Old Port Grounds, Exhibition and Trade Centre, Duppuypet, Puducherry, India**. Organized by the **GOPIO International Business Council**, this three-day global summit will serve as a premier platform for Indian-origin entrepreneurs and business leaders worldwide to connect, showcase innovations, explore trade opportunities, and foster cross-border partnerships.

🌟 SUCCESSFUL DIGITAL MARKETING CLASS ORGANIZED BY KEDAH INDIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (KICCI) 🌟

The Kedah Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KICCI) recently organized an insightful Digital Marketing Class, held on the 14th, 15th, 21st, 28th, and 29th of March 2025 at the KICCI office in Sungai Petani, Kedah.

This intensive 5-day course runs from 9 am to 5 pm. 25 enthusiastic participants, all of whom benefitted greatly from the program. Each session was meticulously designed to ensure maximum engagement, with Mr. Syubass Chandraa, our expert speaker, leading the class through a comprehensive curriculum.

The training was interactive and practical, encouraging every participant to actively engage in class activities, complete their homework, and collaborate with their peers throughout the course. The success of this training was evident in the continuous energy and enthusiasm shown by the participants, making it a truly memorable and enriching experience for everyone involved.
